a skilled Customer Support and reliable Virtual Assistant

I have an over eight years of work experience in the field of Customer Service. Been with well established BPO companies in the Philippines and familiarized myself with the different platforms typically used in providing customer service virtually. I also had my fair share of experience as a Virtual Assistant. I worked for an E-commerce business that allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the different tasks of a virtual assistant. During my spare time, I would spend it productively on learning new things that can help me further improve.

I can help with administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, travel arrangments, conduct research, and email management. I also have a creative side and can do basic graphic designs using Photoshop and Canva. Most of all, I can assist with customer inquiries such as orders status, processing and billing.

Being a typically organized individual, I would ensure that the tasks I am assigned to will be dealt accordingly with efficiency, discipline and utmost attention. I am familiar with using Asana, Google Suite, Slack and Zoom.
