Customer Support Represantative / Virtual Assistant
I'm a skilled customer support representative with fair share of work experience as a social media assistant/virtual assistant.

I completed a Two-Year Diploma Course focused on studying basic computer programming, networking and PC hardware and software troubleshooting.

I started my CSR career under a BPO company, Teletech. I worked there for 5 years and one month as a Chat Support Associate handling customer inquiries on their mobile and internet plans. Then, I ventured in freelancing and worked as a virtual assistant for an E-commerce business, Eddy the Teddy. I supported the business by overseeing their social media page as well doing email outreach to prospective customers. I came back to the BPO corporate world after four months and then handled lots of campaigns such as pet care service, movie subscription service and data analysis.

When the pandemic hits, many business including my last BPO company transitioned to work from home setting. After more than three years with them, I finally decided that I really wanted to pursue my freelancing career. Here I am now, looking to land a permanent online job where I can contribute my expertise and skills and also further develop myself.
